Junior Project Manager

Your new Role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Operations Team, that is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing processes for AUTO1 at an international scale in our AUTO1 Group Operations Department. In this Department we ensure smooth processes by combining operational thinking with strategic skill. AUTO1 Group is Europe’s leading digital automotive platform.

Responsibilities:

• Help define, implement, and monitor process improvements, specifying requirements for both immediate and strategic solutions
• Maintain and optimize the vehicle return process to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify operational blockers and proactively collaborate with local teams to implement effective solutions.
• Review and validate incoming cases for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Proactively follow up with cross-functional stakeholders to expedite delayed cases and ensure timely resolutions.
• Send weekly reports & maintain reporting documents

Your Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German or other languages is a bonus.
• Professionalism, precision, reliability and high attention to detail, ability to think independently
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; SQL experience a plus
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Rruga Dritan Hoxha, Laprake and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
