Your new Role
Your key responsibilities will be handling daily process, such as:
You will support the (key) Account Management team in handling various administrative operational tasks
You will answer customer questions via telephone and e-mail
You arrange all matters related to the purchase process and transport of vehicles
You actively work on improving processes
Crosscheck activities between original documents and stored documents.
Your Skills
You have a fluent English B2-C1;
You have a good knowledge of the MS Office package;
You work meticulously, quickly and efficiently
You can work independently and structure your day
You are process-oriented and communicative

Our Offer
The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
