• Be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on insurance claims and handle requests from our teams across Europe
• Optimize and automate existing process flows and find opportunities to increase efficiency
• Handle the processing, verification and management of data, ensure completeness and coordinate cases with insurers
• Implement and maintain reporting to ensure transparency and control

Your Skills

• Your skills

A degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in business administration, economics or a related field of study and/or professional experience in a similar role

Passion for driving operational tasks forward independently and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Very good analytical skills and experience in using Google Sheets/Excel

Fluency in English and German
