As our new Business Development Process Manager, you will work proactively and make the next step forward with us. We are seeking a colleague who will work with a great team of dynamic, innovative, and motivated people in our headquarters in Berlin or Warsaw.
Your new Role
- Administer and ensure correct execution of all contracts, working with various departments. Coordinate the implementation and renewal of contracts to ensure seamless execution and data accuracy in internal systems.
- Oversee the implementation of new logistics flows and locations, ensuring all financial impacts are accurately recorded and implemented.
- Work closely with the business development team daily to ensure all finalized negotiations are implemented accordingly, processes are checked and executed correctly by the relevant department. Support and enhance business development processes and structure.
- Prepare and monitor relevant reports
- Support validation of invoices, execute penalties and ensure timely processing.
- Regularly check and ensure data accuracy in internal systems. Provide support for inquiries and regional tasks to the local European tea
- Manage and maintain up-to-date carrier documentation
Your Skills
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Logistics, Business, Economics, or another related field of study.
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to summarize quantitative concepts into a digestible format. Attention to detail.
- Passion for moving tasks forward, taking full ownership of projects, and leadership skills that inspire the people you work with to drive opportunities forward with full force
- Ability to manage priorities simultaneously to meet time-sensitive deadlines while staying within budget
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with our external partners and manage them independently
- Fluency in English. German, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese is a plus
- Experience in automotive logistics, freight forwarding, finished vehicle logistics, and transportation is a plus.
