In our department, we are tasked with equipping the team—from employees to supervisors—with the right skills through training and coaching to tackle their daily challenges successfully.

Your Skills
Experience in the Customer Service field.
Ideally, initial experience in the area of Training & Development.
A strong willingness to learn and grow.
Excellent communication skills, along with enthusiasm and perseverance to support people in their personal development.
Passion and empathy that allow you to connect with your participants in a way that suits the target audience.
Authenticity and persuasiveness that inspire others to try new things.
A structured, self-reliant, and sustainable way of working.
You are a true communication professional, and German is your native language.
The ability to quickly adapt to different people and inspire them with your positive attitude.
Proficiency in using Google tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
